The Rental Units There are three two-bedroom units at Casa Ladera. Each two-bedroom unit can be rented by a separate group, or jointly by larger parties of up to 12 people.The downstairs two-bedroom apartment features two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, full bathroom, spacious and sunny living room, full eat-in kitchen, and a huge private poolside terrace. It very comfortably sleeps four people. See photos The upstairs two-bedroom apartment features two large bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a sunny living room with high ceilings, eat-in kitchen, and a 30-foot long deck with stunning ocean views. It very comfortably sleeps four people. See photos The two-bedroom casita is separate from the main house, but still just steps from the pool. It features two queen-sized bedrooms, a full modern kitchen and dining room, sunny living room with french doors opening to a private patio, and full bathroom. Rates & Reservations HIGH SEASON (December 1 through April 30): Each of the two-bedroom units is $1700 per week.HOLIDAY SEASON (December 20 through January 3, and Presidents' Week): Each of the two-bedroom units is $2000 per week. LOW SEASON (May 1 through November 30): Each of the two-bedroom units is $1300 per week. SPECIAL OFFER (September & October): Each of the two-bedroom units is $1000 per week. Please contact us for stays shorter than one week (4-night minimum). Please click here for our booking calendar to check availability. Then call (917) 570-7558 or email jen@casa-ladera.com to reserve your rental. We'll get back to you within 24 hours - usually much sooner. Rates include transportation to the house from the Vieques airport or ferry. We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and the remainder plus a security deposit must be paid within one month of arrival. |

About Vieques Vieques island is only eight miles off the coast of mainland Puerto Rico, but in many ways it feels a world away. It's a beautiful, lush island with an endless selection of secluded and often empty beaches, each with soft white sand and warm turquoise water.Vieques offers charming cafes, restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets, and a number of fine dining options as well. The main town in Vieques, Isabel Segunda, is colorful and bustling, and the smaller town on the south side, Esperanza, boasts a lively strip of cafes and bars. There are also a few grocery stores where you'll find food and supplies to cook meals in your own kitchen. In addition to lounging on a beach, you can enjoy incredible snorkeling and diving, kayaking and sailing, fishing, cycling, yoga, massage, and of course the famous bioluminescent bay where you'll witness the beauty and magic of a lagoon glowing in the darkness. Getting Here There are a few ways to get to Vieques; please click here for details on how to get to the island, with cost and time estimates. Or for Vieques flight and ferry schedules, click here.Once you arrive in Vieques, getting to Casa Ladera is easy and quick. We usually arrange for someone to pick you up and give you the keys, but in case you need to get here yourself, here are the directions. Click on the map to the left for more detail. FROM THE AIRPORT: Drive east on Route 200 for about five minutes. You'll pass an Esso gas station on your left and then go over a small bridge. Take the first left turn immediately after the bridge, and go all the way down that small road. When you see a large pale-yellow house on your right, that's Casa Ladera! FROM THE FERRY: Drive west on Route 200 for about five minutes. Leaving town, you'll see an Esso station on your left. A few minutes later, you'll see another Esso on your left. Make the first right after that, and go all the way down that small road. When you see a large pale-yellow house on your right, that's Casa Ladera!
